Gary will be
presenting the following classes at the 2008 Conference: Maximizing
Your Training Investment: Making it Payoff
This course is dedicated to ensuring your return-on-investment for your
training. Through his years of observing training events and their results,
Gary Gunn, AAM, has found that shop owners commonly have invested training
dollars in areas where they lack information. However, most shop owners,
after the investment, have found only marginal success with those
investments. This class is to answer the question – Why am I seeing little
or no results? Then, you will begin to understand what actions are necessary
to ensure the success of any training investment. The course materials will
provide tools for planning, taking action, and moving forward with proven
management techniques taught in training classes to create the payoff you
desire using his easy-to-use Payoff Tools©.
